Her well-rounded industry knowledge gives her a strong understanding of every stage of the lending process, allowing her to help clients and partners navigate transactions with confidence and clarity.

Serving in a dual role as Loan Consultant and Loan Officer Assistant to CEO Brian Norton, Bobbie plays a key role in supporting high-level production by keeping operations organized, efficient and moving smoothly. She is known for her problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly throughout even the most complex loan scenarios.

Bobbie is also a licensed real estate agent in Florida, providing her with a unique perspective on both the lending and real estate sides of the transaction. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, personal growth, faith and building meaningful relationships both professionally and personally.
