Jayza Ayala is a bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator with over seven years of experience in the mortgage industry, including loan processing and work as a Loan Officer Assistant. Coming from a family with over 25 years of real estate experience, she combines deep industry knowledge with personalized service to help clients navigate the homebuying process smoothly.

A native Puerto Rican raised in a military family, Jayza is passionate about serving veterans, military families, first-time homebuyers, young couples, and the Hispanic community. She has held leadership roles as Secretary for both the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Atlanta Chapter and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Puerto Rico, reflecting her commitment to community and professional development.



Outside of work, Jayza is a nature enthusiast, animal advocate, and proud dog mom who approaches each client with warmth and professionalism.
