Jayza Ayala is a bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator with over eight years of experience in the mortgage industry, including roles in loan processing and as a Loan Officer Assistant. Coming from a family with over 25 years of real estate experience, she combines deep industry knowledge with personalized service to help clients navigate the homebuying process smoothly. 

A Puerto Rican native raised in a military family, Jayza is passionate about serving veterans, military families, first-time homebuyers, young couples, and the Hispanic community. Her commitment to service and professional growth is reflected in her leadership roles, having served as Secretary for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Puerto Rico, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Atlanta Chapter, Women's Council, Realtors-Gwinnett, and the DeKalb/Perimeter East Association of REALTORS®. 

Outside of her professional work, Jayza has a love for interior design, decorating, and event coordination. Also, a nature enthusiast, animal advocate, and proud dog mom. Known for her warmth and professionalism, Jayza approaches every client's relationship with care, dedication, and a personal touch.
