Marc Chillion brings more than 20 years of sales and mortgage lending experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Johns Creek Mortgage. A proven mortgage professional and sales leader, Marc has built his career on expertise, responsiveness and strong relationships.

Throughout his career, Marc has personally originated more than 650 mortgage loans totaling over $200 million in production. His experience working directly with borrowers, real estate professionals and mortgage teams gives him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to create an exceptional lending experience. At JCM, he brings that perspective to strengthening operations, supporting the team and helping the company continue to grow.

Marc believes success in mortgage lending goes beyond numbers. It requires clear communication, problem-solving, accountability and a genuine commitment to the people you serve – principles he brings to his leadership every day.



Outside of work, Marc is a proud father of two and a passionate baseball coach. Coaching has reinforced many of the values that have shaped his career, including preparation, discipline, teamwork, accountability and helping others reach their potential.
