Michael Hartman brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a background spanning account executive, loan officer, loan officer assistant, processor and mortgage operations roles. Since beginning his career in 2002, he has developed extensive knowledge of the lending process, helping clients and teams navigate transactions with efficiency, accuracy and confidence. His experience includes FHA, VA, conventional, refinance and purchase transactions, along with managing high-volume pipelines and delivering exceptional customer service. 

Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to client success, Michael takes pride in creating a smooth mortgage experience from application to closing. His broad industry background allows him to understand every stage of the loan process and provide valuable insight throughout each transaction. 

Outside of work, Michael enjoys cooking, grilling and perfecting recipes on his smoker. He also loves spending time with his family and his Yorkie, Kayce, who keeps life entertaining and busy.
