Michael “Todd” Everette began his career in the mortgage industry in late 2010 and obtained his license in early 2011. Since then, he has been dedicated to helping a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and returning clients—navigate the home financing process with confidence.

Todd enjoys working with buyers at every stage and takes pride in being part of one of life’s most meaningful milestones. For him, nothing compares to seeing a client receive the keys to their new home.

He has also been an active member of the Walton-Barrow Board of REALTORS® Association for over 14 years, serving in various roles including affiliate member and chairing or co-chairing several of the association’s largest fundraising events.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and attending music and sporting events.
